This is a 3 LI clock with smoothly-animating hands. Constuction is partial mesh with prim hands. As may be evident by the name, the clock is a bit large.
It's the clock that's been lurking in my store for years.
Timezone offset is built-in as a Notecard option, but the clock defaults to UTC. Frame rate is adjustable, and smooth animation can also be turned off entirely if you want something like my older clocks.
Permissions are C/M/NT, and my script is fully modifiable (good luck understanding it, though, because I can't and I wrote it!).
- It's a UTC clock. It has hands. It tells UTC time.
- Smoothly-animated hands with controllable frame rate.
- Can function like a digitally-actuated clock too.
