Last product before I turn 40!

This is a LARGE sittable art piece made out mesh and pleasingly textured to look like concrete of some kind. Up to SIX avatars can sit on it at once, and there are NINE mostly-static photography poses to choose from. Be the envy of no-one with this beast on your land!

Poses are adjustable using an inbuilt adjustment dialog (see manual).

Land Impact is about 5.
