Buy something else

Bought this for my home lot, quite small, no lag or other issues to speak of. I set this up and it never worked properly, no matter what I did, while following the instructions to the letter, toggling permissions, everything. I gave up and bought a 10L$ one that worked perfectly, straight out of the box. Lesson learned! :p

Pretty good

I bought this system a few months ago and still continue to use it. Of course I wanted to take some time to test the system out before I reviewed. It is a pretty good system, if you're looking for easy to use with very little set up required and can handle multiple locations with no work except for naming the teleporter so it shows that name in the location selection, then go for this. So if you are hesitating, I get it, I did the same thing, but I can honestly say I don't regret it either.

a real bad experience

First i had issues trying to teleport but the system did not function at many instances. I gave a bad review after the creator did not respond.
After a while it got better though and a long time later the creator responded and asked me to change my review. I did because the Netport had been functining better. Now I have had several periods in which the Netport does not function for days in a row. No matter what I try. I am on a mainland sim which is not excessively scripted or laggy or anything like that. I have been investigating a cause together with my very experienced landlord, but it does not seem to be in the SIMs performance which is in good condition. I even went to a private sandbox SIM to see what happens when I am using the Netport there and had the same bad results
So now I regret buying this Netport and a second time have te change my review for it. I would advise not to buy this thing if you wish to have a reliable (read working) teleportsystem.

A proper home system

Re reviewing after system is working again. It's working and works reliably once again. The overall silence about the issues are still a little disconcerting, but I'm glad that my preferred home network works again as advertised on the tin.

Will I continue using this? Yes. It is what I need for my parcel.
Will I suggest to others? Yes, but I'll also remember workarounds that I found during the downtime.

Pretty neat system, just curious if it's possible to stretch the teleport ball and make it a invisible platform?

Hi. I purchased this on May 03, 2012 and have been using it since. I *just* started having those issues of having to click more than 3 times. And here it is 6mths later from your post. Not sure if it's a grid thing but wouldn't be surprised. For my own issue, I give it 4 stars.
