Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

Very nice made little Island
Well it is what i expected, hoped! A little addon for my paradiese. very well made little island with marvelous effects and very low prim. It is much more worth then the 199 here on Marketplace, i have paid much more for less. So support the creator and buy.

Instant Tropical Gratification !!!
This island is a great visual addition to any sim wanting a tropical feeling that's quick and easy to set up. Its well thoughtout layout makes for a great place for a get-together with friends or for a romantic evening as a couple listening to the realistic crashing waves. I added tiki torches, a tiki hot tub, dance balls, some squawking seagulls, set the time to midnight, and ended up with a fantastic atmosphere. A must have item that you can't go wrong with prims or price! Good Job Antreas!

Exceeded All Expectations
My purchace began with a delivery problem on Marketplace. Antreas made a quick, manual delivery. Setting up the island took two clicks plus dragging it to my desired position just outside my sim. The island, rocks and seawaves are well arranged and look good from any distance. Several of us were able to sit in the gazebo on our first try. The animations were much better than expected. This package and the great service behind it are worth much more than the price. I highly recommend this product and the many other products in the 'REAL" line.
