makes object hover in place, bobbing up and down a little ..

Nice script, I wanted two boats that I keep rezed next to my house to bob up and down slightly while moored.
With a little tweaking of this script to slow the cycle down and reduce the up/down to a small amount, looks ok.
The boats no longer look like they are sitting on solid ground.
