Great house for the price!
It's really rare that I can grab a building this inexpensive, and pretty much just drop it down without going through and editing it beyond recognition. The textures are great, the prims are great and very conservative. You won't go through and go "Ugh, why is that so many pieces for no reason?"
All in all a fantastic work at about half the price (or maybe even less) than most houses of a comparable size. if the broken windows aren't your thing (though they're great) the fact that it's fully modify makes it easy to just copy the other windows over instead. Thanks for a great deal!
