Just wear the Orbit NPV HUD and click it to rez the Orbit NPV (this needs to be done on land where both rezzing and scripts are allowed). The NPV will then work anywhere, including no rez/no script land. If you have Restrained Love Viewer (RLV) enabled it will autosit you. Once you sit the NPV becomes completely transparent, and you'll be invisible as well (no name tag either) so you can go about your business ;p

It has the same abilities as any other NPV, so once you sit on it you can't be moved by anything. You will also have the ability to move other avatars around just by walking towards them, and can use the HUD to change the push direction between vertical and horizontal - choose whether to push avatars around where they're standing, or lift them. The NPV can be resized using the HUD, so you can change how many avatars you want to push around as well.

Now for the best bit: what sets the orbit NPV apart from other similar NPVs is the ability to choose targets to orbit SIMWIDE. If you're in the same sim as the avatar you want to orbit, click the HUD for a menu and choose the "Orbit Avatar" option for a list of targets. Once a target is chosen you'll teleport to them instantly and orbit them at insane speed! You'll also go up with them, but it's easy to use the HUD menu to get you back down to the ground once you're done. Breaking movelocks isn't a problem either.
