Additional Info:
- Does not contain rezzer - its not needed
- There are no scripts whatsoever
- Structure is being sold as displayed in-world. Product pictures are taken in world without any post processing.
- Interior of building is set to full bright for best visual experience.
- If unlinked prim count might raise significantly >10-20% (normal SL behavior on mesh objects)
- Outer and inner walls are separate objects
- 3rd floor option is not available and not officially supported by Abiss.
- mesh prims are optimized for low end computers, however, the higher LOD user settings are, the structure is better displayed from distance.
- due to SL mesh behavior, sometimes rezzing prims on floors might be problematic. If you encounter this problem, use temporary prim ground plane or something similar in order to rezz your objects easily

This building is breath taking, the textures look amazing and the moment you are in it you feel special and classy. I use it as my gallery, honestly, its perfect for any event!
Gorgeous build
This was brought for me as a gift by my RL hubby (Fortyniner Beck) as he knew I was looking for a new store to "relaunch" my business in SL after a long break... We spent a long time looking around until we found this one. At first I was a little disappointed that it didn't come in a "dark" version (as many of Frasha's other builds do) but that was soon appeased when I saw that you get the dark floors as a "bonus".
It is gorgous as is, but is also easily modifiable, with internal and external walls being seperate, so it is easy to enlarge the shop simply by rezzing multiples together and ripping out the outer walls seperating them.
The only thing I will say, is it would be nice to have the texture for the full height wall and the detailing on the shop front included as I would dearly love to pick out the beautiful detailing in another colour to the background of the wall - rather than having to tint it and change all parts to the same colour.
If you want a classy shop/club, that is easy to modify to your exact needs, then seriously - give this a look, I am sure you won't be disappointed.
This building lives up to the description and works beautifully!
This building is easy to have visitors browse thru and navigate thru as the stairs, wisely, are not spiraled (which is a problem in SL for many avataors), and is spacious while also being very elegant and detailed in appearance. Hightly recommend this for an in-world store, club, gallery, or if you wanted to build out the interior with rooms, you could make it a residence. The added floor and curtain package gives nice options too. Very happy with this structure!
