1st: High detailed, very nice and realistic looking - brings a real new xmas feeling to everyones home
2nd: as low-prim-designed as possible - even in a Lindenhome placeable
3rd: there are some so called xmas specialist inworld, that sell trees for 1k, but nowhere near this realistic looking tree, too bright, blinking or such. Thus spending the 299 are worth every L$!
4th: this is a real discreet tree for your homes, folkes. Not too bright, not blinking (thanks to creator for this), not too big (even resizeable), an eye-catcher in every house.
