Superb price for a sim extension. If you ever planed to extend your sim, but don´t want to invest a big amount of money try out this little chilling rock. Easy to place with nice sitting animation. Great for watching the stars over your head ;-) .
This is a great addition to our waterfront. I placed it so the rock is a part of the land and the avatar walks out on the dock to sit. Love it, thank you muchly. :)
