Version 1.0.2 adds ShortRound technology - never be too close to hit your target again.

M2, Mk48, now the P90. Our machine guns keep getting smaller and smaller...

It's compact, suspiciously sci-fi looking, and sprays bullets like a fire hose. The Omega Concern's P90! With a complete combat AO with standing, kneeling and prone shooting stances and 33 custom animations, including walking, running, crawling and rolling. Transluscent 50-round magazines for easy visual check of ammo levels, even without the HUD. 900 round per minute firing rate. Black, Olive or Tan stock colour, selectable suppressor, laser sight and brass catcher. 11 types of ammunition. Fully compatible with the Omega Combat System (OCS) and Linden Damage system. Free and automatic updates.

Model on display at the SLurl over there. And for the curious, the manual is here: http://bit.ly/cgpTZ3

Allow me to say first, this is my first Omega Concern product, I've always heard that they have some of the best models but some of the most crappy scripting of any professional gun maker in SL...

After getting the gift of the P90, my favorite SMG, I had to go back to the people who have badmouthed OC's scripts and ask them...

"What the hell are you thinking?"

This P90 is truly a world class model with amazing animations and a respectable catalog of ammunition to select from. Without a doubt it went STRAIGHT into my ESU/SWAT team gear rotation and has become my defacto SMG.

I hold two minor flaws with this P90, and they both rank as minor in my eyes...

One, the sounds are not accurate to the P90, they sound much more like your average Rifle/Machine Gun you hear in SL, improvement could be had there.

Two, customization. Truly there should be an option to strip off the 'extras' from the P90 and run it stock without scopes or anything else for more of a streamlined look.

As I said, two minor things that will not impact my rating of this way above average weapon. When I said that this was my first OC weapon, I can now say honestly...

It will not be my last.

The weapon build is really nice, but the animation overrider is really weird. It also doesn't have much customization options like attaching diferrent sights and such.

On the other hand, I must say that the crouch and prone systems are really good, so you move slower, as in real world.

From the lag side, the weapon uses 1024kB of Sim resources (that is actually quite a lot) and the HUD uses nearly the same (960kB).

Rate of Fire isn't bad, it is arround 850+- that is actually the P90 in Real Life.

The weapon could use a lot of script fixes and such, but I really like the model, 2 stars from me.

Hello!
well guys, u just made the best looking p90 in sl right now.
Congrats!
idk the script and the other sides of the weapon im just an artist, but i really like what i see, some minor visual bugs what i can detect only, most users newer will see anything bad.
Again, really nice work,if u folx make some visual update in the furure try tu add some material for the atachment like for the aimpoint red dot. its too "clean" for me. Prolly some minor bumpmap render can make some difference.

Congrats again, best looking p90 on the market .
