PL Light Tower Clock

The Light Tower Clock is a beautiful display of lights that also happens to tell the time. The tower is one story tall.

To use the tower, simply rez it anywhere. You can touch it for the menu to
* set the timezone
* adjust the amount of glow
* manually trigger the light shows (they normally trigger every minute, hour, and at noon/midnight).

Here's how to read the time:
* The yellow cubes indicate the hours.
For example at 2pm, each column will have 2 yellow cubes lit.
* The central light blue or red cube indicates the minutes.
For example if it's 1/4 of the way up, then it's 15 minutes past the hour.
The blue/red central cube indicates AM/PM.
* The green lights on the side are the seconds. There are 6 lights and
they light up in 10-seconds intervals.
