The Valley's Prospect Barn is an extremely detailed barn that I spent a good while obsessing over.
Each individual board was modeled with a great attention to details, with bends, dents and worn shading to give it that rustic vibe.
Land impact is minimal, despite the LODs maintaining the structure's base shape at any distance. It will not distort like the most LODs many others use, and should not hinder your client's performance at all. PLEASE see the object in world, as everything within the linkset is included in the mesh, and it is entirely unfurnished. The exception being the awning, which is included but not part of the linkset.
2.0 changes:
It now comes with an optional side awning, which brings the land impact to 60 if used. It also now has improved side walls which match the front and back. Many of the textures have been refined as well as the land impact being reduced to 45 from 50.

My bad for such a late review. I was peepin the store looking at all the SB+Bork Mound updates to your piercings when I saw this and said, "Hey, I have that barn." I love it, I used it for a while to house my teeglepets. It's modifiable, which is DOPE.

Had this barn for a while and totally forgot about it until I was searching through my inv and found it.
This thing is perfect. Low LI, small enough for most parcels, and spacious inside. Cool for any kinda rustic or country home sorta feel.

I've already spent hours in this barn horsing around. It's great. It's genuinely one of the best buildings I currently own and the price is exceptionally generous for the amount of work that went in.

I liked this barn too much, is not too big or too small, has lights, looks very good and has nice space, also is edit, so you can change things around depending on your needs.
