Paws - Feline Head [Boxed]

The head DOES look nice, that's why I'm giving it three stars.

However...

This head is very, very barebones. There is no HUD. No pre-fitted basic eyes. Not even an instruction/tips notecard. It's literally just a blank, basic head.

If you want to actually control the head in any way, you will have to buy a third party hud, bringing the total cost of this head up to about 320L, pretty steep when you consider the fact, that it also does not include even basic pre-fitted eyes. You are also on your own with that.

If you are a designer or are good at modding, you can make this head look amazing. If you're new to modding, it can be a REAL headache.

Overall great looking head. But it should, at the very least, include an eye/mouth HUD.

I haven't had any trouble with my feline head. It simply is beautifully made! Puppy has some eyes that I use. They are called: Reflective Eyes - Chinchilla. They work wonderfully, they move and I didn't need any extra scripting for them, all that was needed was a little editing to make them fit properly.

I really, really wish it at least came with an option or HUD to control the talking jaw, at the very least. I ended up buying a HUD just so the jaw wouldn't move (because I was putting piercings on the lower jaw and they wouldn't move when the mouth opened and closed).

Other then that, four stars because it really is a nice head, all said and done.

The mesh itself is nice and easy to texture, and the animated jaw is nice, too. How ever I'm dumbfounded by the fact that to have eyes that move (not attaching them directly to the head) without finding animated eye scripts, you're restricted to non-rigged hair to resize, as for rigged hair you need a much larger shape headsize. What does that do? Throws the eyes so far out of whack that you can't get them anywhere near the head, never mind back into their sockets. You (creator) should really start adding faces to the eye-sockets that are rounded and can have a texture put onto it with an applier or something with scripts to dart the textures around, because this is just lazy. I want rigged long hair, but I can't have that if I want eyes? I'd demand for a refund but the creator's profile states all sales are final. So I'll leave a mildly angry review instead. Unless someone can aid me with my issues with this product the review stays at two stars.

This is the head I purchased when I tired of the kemono head. It was the first item I ever made textures for and it makes it very easy to do so. I still love this head very much and will never tire of it. Different texturing styles can give it very different looks! (I also left this review months after I first purchased it because I feel a couple of the ratings are a bit unjustifiably low, but that's just my opinion.)
