Hello, and thank you for checking out my pixie wings.
This is a completely redesigned version of my old pixie wings. The mesh is updated, and I've created entirely new textures.
These are 100% mesh wings rigged to the new bento wing bones.
They have a built-in AO script for the wing movement that will make them flutter whenever you're hovering or flying.
When standing still, they will either idly move, or fold down on your back, controlled by a very small and simple HUD element.
The wings come with 8 differently coloured textures controlled using the same hud.
I created these for my own personal use, and am happy to share them with the rest of SL now.
Now, besides normal sized, also includes a petite sized version for petite avatars.
*By request, I added a 10% scaled version. These work on micro sized avatars. (sometimes called 0.25m avatars)
*note: This is 100% my own creation. My previous pixie wings were removed due to a malicious DMCA report. I have all the original blender and PSD files that show the creation of these wings step by step. If this gets reported again, I will take legal action.

These wings are some of the best fairy wings I've found on SL! Aenea was nice enough to resize the wings to fit my custom made fairy avatar, which is far smaller than most of the more popular "micro" avatars on the market. I was provided with great customer service and my only complaint is that I can't give more stars. :P The wings come in a variety of sizes, so I highly recommend them!

Colourful and nicely animated
Bought these on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Very colourful textures and I particularly like the subtle movement when standing still. Folding the wings down is a nice option. I'm not sure if I'll ever use it, but at least it's there if I ever want it. Hoping to see more variations. Good stuff.

I'm an enormous fan of her products and know her personally. She creates all models and textures and scripts by hand to make a truly beautiful product.

After a long search - and purchasing many pairs of other wings - I finally discovered these in their 1.0 version. I bought them immediately and have been delighted ever since. I loved the way they looked and the AO feature is superior. The HUD is simple and unobtrusive. The wings behave intelligently and realistically, and the texture options are fabulous. (If you need to, you can install your own texture by rezzing a pair of wings on the ground and using edit. The script is no-mod but the wings themselves are not.) The 2.0 version even improves on those textures! Save yourself a lot of tinkering and buy yourself a set. You will not regret it. Try the demo if you don't believe me. ^_^
