The Prim says the current Prim number all person on Sim.

The Prim and the script is FullPerm.

CONDITION: You have to be Landowner. Is your country a group name, then it will transfer to the group (transmitting, do not share).

Disappointed cause said it would count prim of whole sim ... doesn't do it. It just measures the parcel it is on on the sim.
