The Primcounter show the used Prims of the person who click the panel on the parcel it is deeded. No more configuration needed, works on all groupowned land. The object owner must be the owner of the land. thats all, quit simple !
How does ist work?
1. Reez the Primcounter where you want on your parcel
2. Deed the Primcounter to your group (share with group then deed)
3. Just let the tentant click the primcounter and he will tell him how many prims he use on the parcel
It are the same information you get when you click on Objects, and let count the Prims for each user.

Simple Prim Counter, Works Great!
This prim counter works precisely as advertised. On group land, share with then deed to group (not possible with all rental land, inquire with your landlord/lady before purchase if you aren't sure that you can deed objects). Once rezzed, positioned, and deeded (do this in that order), it reports your prim usage on that parcel only exactly as it should. If you want to get it back when you leave and are unable to return it to yourself (it is no-copy), you will need the help of the landowner to get it back. No fault of this design, that's just the way group deeded objects in SL work (unless you happen to own the group).
