[Px] Whistle Hitchhike Animated Gesture (Left and Right)

You get a pair of hitchhiking gestures with whistle call sound, one that rises right am and the other rises left arm.

Triggers are hhl and hhr, which you can modify to suit your preference.

Each gesture will play hitchhiking animation rising arm, will keep arm rised, wait for 2 seconds, play whistle call, keep arm rised for another 3 seconds and stop the animation.

You can adjust this timing by editing the gesture.
