If you use a tattoo applier for GENUS Head you can tint it and also you can change Opacity in your GENUS HUD.

If you use BOM GENUS then go right click on the BOM you are wearing and EDIT, there you have Color / Tint. Don't touch the rest so that something doesn't go wrong.
