Beautiful modern 3 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
Main (middle) floor has a large joint kitchen/dining area on one side and a spacious living room on the other side with the beautiful slatted stairwell in the centre to separate the 2 areas. A full patio deck runs around the back of the house on the middle level, and also off the dining room you have a massive front decking area that also joins to the main entry of the home.
If you go down the stairs from the middle level you'll come to the ground floor level. There you have the Garage, a back door exit to the house, 2 generous bedrooms both with sliding doors to outside patio decks, and also a laundry and huge bathroom space that could be used alternatively as another bedroom.
If you instead go from the middle level up the stairs, then you come to the Master suite. To the left you have the bedroom with sliding doors to a
private deck with views on both sides of the house, and to the right you have the wardrobe room and a door through to an ensuite or perhaps you could use that space for an office or baby nursery.
For the flat land version no terraforming is needed.
To use the sloped driveway add-on however you will need to do some terraforming using the Sloped version of the Palm View House in this pack.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Although it does not come with a box rez, the wing is wonderful. I had Roost's attention I had Roost's attention when asked. You take the house + ladder parts home and can put in a box of rez.

Sometimes, quality doesn't matter.
How can you people rip into another reviewer who had legit problems with the bathroom walls!? Screw the quality! Quality doesn't mean crap if the pieces of the house don't work.
Let me explain this to you all....I bought this house and received a folder that said 'ROOST - Palm View House FIXED'. Inside this folder are 4 versions of this house. There's V1 for flat and sloped land and V2 for flat and sloped land.
I am using V2 for flat land.
One of the objects in this folder is called 'Palm View Downstairs Bathroom Wall'. And its the ONLY object that has anything to do with a bathroom. Now, when you rez this thing out, it DOES NOT FIT any rooms downstairs for the V2 flat house. Why? Because when I went to the Roost sim, the house that he or she has there is NOT the same house that I am currently using. I suspect its V1...but why are there so many versions of the house and why are there not objects fitted for the V2 houses???
And theres no notecard to even let you know about this. Theres literally NOTHING to explain this to anyone.
So no, I'm NOT going to give a 5 star review on a house where walls do not fit and nothing is explained. I mean, I bought the damn thing BECAUSE of the quality. Is that not why people buy Roost houses?? We all love our quality but when something doesn't work and becomes over-complicated and frustrating, quality becomes irrelevant.

Amazing Home!
I bought this home when it first came out and I honestly cant get enough of it. The Attention to Detail is great! I love the tiled add ons that are so easy to put in place but still gives me the option to remove it if i chose to use the room as a bedroom! Roost you have not disappointed!
