These scripts and this HUD originate from "The Realm of Darkness," which I originally created. All in-world LSL scripts were developed and uploaded through my Second Life account knickknackcrackitycrack, which retains ownership under Second Life’s Terms of Service. I authored the initial PHP classes and core logic; my collaborator later contributed modifications on his server, but all work derived from my original codebase. All related assets were uploaded under my account, establishing ownership in accordance with Linden Lab policy. Multiple witnesses can attest to my original authorship and ownership of this content.
