Everything about this build is top notch from customer service to the ease of rezzing this bad ass sim rezzer and for the price cant be beat if u have the lindens and the sim for it its a must have

FIRST: Awesome customer support! i needed .raw file and was in my email right away!
SECOND: how can someone make something so detailed in 1 prim???? its very low prim, very very low lag, very fast to reez, awesome detail!!! impressive for the small amount of prims!
THIRD: the reezer its smart and easy to set, the objects you can move or change position, you can custom it easilly, it fits a homestead because of low prim count, the phantom grass is amazing! textures are so well done that i cant even describe!!! if it costed 2 times more, it would still be a bargain!
So, in the end, i rate it 6 stars, even if marketplace dont accept 6 stars, this is my oppinion, this was the best buy i made this year! MY MOUTH IS OPEN WITH THIS AMAZING WORK!!! no words for this.... just buy it, you will not regret!!!!

As always P4ndora does not fail to impress me with another fantastic sim build.
An absolute bargain. Instructions are simple to follow and the quality is very high.
She was very fast to email the RAW file needed and as usual she is a very friendly helpful person. This is one of the few builds of this scale I have not felt I had to tweak as its perfect as it is rezzed out. 5 minutes to get it all setup and I have an instant halloween sim.

Where else can you buy a complete sim from one of the best creators in Second Life? No where! This sim should be priced 10x higher, and it would still be a steal. If you want an instant sim that will awe your friends, and amaze you every single day, this is a no-brainer! The creator is extremely nice as well.

This is one of the most amazing sim builds in SL. The completeness of the package makes setting it up so so easy, even the box knows it is supposed to move to the middle of the sim. I bought 2 builds, both of them dark and perfect for the RP I am wanting. Everyone I have brought to see them have spend hours exploring and enjoying them already. The asylum is freaking creepy, I LOVE it!! Customer service is very fast, P4NDOR4 contacted me a few min after I bought them and asked where to send the .RAW files and I had them a few min later. From a build point of view and customer service I highly recommend you get this build.

What can I say that haven't been said in earlier reviews? This is with no doubt the most amazingly sims in the darker category that you'll find in SL. From the buildings to the follage to the terraforming. I'll never get tired of exploring this place. Theres no "borring" or "dead ends" to this highly exting place. Since it requires at least a homestad you still have prims left for furnitures or if you want to spice the swamp up with your own touch. Not that its needed since this is a perfect, ready to move into-prefab as it is.

I've said it in other reviews for seperete structures from the sweet and nice P4andoras hand but I'll say it again: I do concider myself to be a picky customer. And from spending countles of lindens in various shops I've narrowed my favorite creators down to just a few. The customer service shall be in order, both when it comes to the actual service but the friendlyness too. And then you have to feel the creators love for his/hers work in the builds. The builds must have atmosphere and soul. They must live and breethe and not just be about cold, hard cash. And all that is exactly what you find here at PANDEMONIUM.

Redemption Hill is a marvolous place to be and a marvolous work from one of the kindest and most helpful creators I have had the pleasure to meet. If you are looking at this page then hessitate no more. This is a 10 star product and worth every single linden and then some!
