PSD File Problems lack of support
I bought this item a few months back, the PSD file is corrupted. I contacted the seller, which said he would send me a new PSD file and he never did. Great product, if you do not need the PSD file. Disappointed at the lack of PSD file and wrong advertising. Keep in mind the if you buy this item, you will only have the png files. This is the only item from this seller that has disappointed me, I have bought allot from this seller.
No response from creator
I bought this the other day to create wonderful sweaters for an outfit I'm working on, but when I go to download the psd file attached, the password is wrong. I wrote the creator a note asking for the correct password, but never received a response. It may be a good price, but if the service is bad, the product isn't worth 50L. Needless to say, if I don't hear from the creator soon, I won't buy from her again and I will spread the word to stay away. 1 star for poor customer service and product different from advertised.
Targas are great, link for PSD is no good
I purchased this back on the 18th, and downloaded the PSD file in the nc given, but the file is corrupted. The tgas in the zip are fine, just the PSD has problems. Redownloading gave the same result. I sent the creator an IM that day but haven't heard back, so this gets three stars for a great price and lovely tgas, but no usable psd or apparent support.
