Its spots, it's on two layers, you can tint both of them, they look good. For 30L$ You're getting exactly what it says here. The pictures don't quite do it justice. Id love to see a separate BoM for those gorgeous face markings or maybe split the spots into four layers so that you can do less spotty or more spotty, but for what it is, its perfect.
