Animation not working
I need my 66 animation that is supposed to come with this item I didn't I do not have them Before you sell things you should make sure everything is functioning before putting it on market I don't care if it was a dollar I spent for it I'm still entitled to everything that I paid for whether it's a promotion sale or not Now can we fix this problem please I would've went 5 stars but I went 3 because of my animations not being there
Waste of money
My features don't work, I have no menu or card on how to use, there is no water. I thought I was doing something wrong until I read the rest of the reviews. No wonder there is a no return policy when a person can make money off something that clearly does not work
sucks
lost my L on this one, no water, only some animations work and those are not very good....do not recommend this to anyone. i only gave it the one star instead of none because i kept the rug, only thing even half way worked on this
I want the Jacuzzi working!
I want the Jacuzzi working! Is a beautiful Jacuzzi, but single animations dont work and have no water. I would like to have it fixed please !
I tried sending am IM to the creator
I sent an IM and a note card to the creator about there being no water i waited over a week and no response granted this item is 189 L's but a jucuzzi with out water is like a car with out gas it just doesn't work. If i could give a zero rating i would but unfortunately it wont let me do that. I would appreciate my money back or the problem fixed please I believe i am being more than patient and fair. please make sure your products work before selling them.
