Says its Copy and Modifable .... no its not i relize the price is low and i was going to get more from their store but ...well hard to do ..when you cant make ... copies i was sooo in tears cause i am learning how to ... Decorate a sim Finealy .... Lovely Trees though Lovely Trees .. GOD BLESS
