Eventhough I couldn't use the Fast Match hud I was able to match the color to my "old" skin with the RGB numbers. Great product!!! :)
Now I will HAVE to buy more shoes. OH MY!!!!! :P

Bought these after seeing all the good reviews but I could never wear these. The skin texture is very matte, the tones patchy. Can not get the manual rgb to work at all. They just do not look good at all even when I get a fair colour match. Have spent hours trying to get these to look even passable but have now given up after trying a slink demo & managing an excellent match despite no appliers in a matter of a minute. Good idea though, all heights in one & most people seem very happy. Maybe I'm just fussy? Shrugs.

Just what I needed
I already bought a pair of Slink High, and I'm glad I did for some of the features that are not available with these. However, for the number of times I really need the medium or flat feet, I didn't want to spend the money for the Slink versions. So I was very happy when I stumbled across these. I went to the inworld store to try the demo, and immediately came back here to buy them. The demo is free, and fully functional, so I advise anyone who is not sure if they will be happy with these to try the demo first.
First, let me say these look really good. And although it is not immediately apparent from the ad, you are not limited to the skin presets in the FastMatch system; there is also a color picker, and what is more, it lets you enter the desired colors by number, so matching your skin is really quite easy if you know how. Hint: enable "Show color under cursor" and mouse over your shins.
Regarding the negatives, apparently appliers don't work with these, so if you want to apply skin, a stocking, or a tattoo, for example, you are out of luck. This is not a big concern for me, and it is certainly not worth spending more than L$2K for Slinks to be able to do so. For me, at least; other people might disagree.
Some people have complained about the blend layer. Although the blend layer can take a bit to rez to the final color, this is not an issue with the feet, but rather just an SL rezzing thing. If you wait, they will fill in. And once they have, and the texture is in your viewer cache, they should rez a lot more quickly thereafter. I am puzzled about the complaints I've read about the skin textures on these. They look great on my screen.
Regarding different shades on the feet due to SL lighting, newsflash, folks. ALL mesh body parts do this. If you haven't noticed this on your other parts, you haven't been paying attention.
My advice is to buy these before Larisa comes to her senses and starts charging what they are really worth. :)
