Excellent mesh, but a bit too heavy on textures.
If you care about the texture usage of your region you will have to do some tweaking here. I don't think it matters if i can read the serial number of the wiring box or the model number of the bolts for what is essentially a background prop.
Beside this slight annoyance, nothing bad to say about it.

I looked for a lighting for my boat dock, and this beat all the other offers. Just one prim, and the possibility to customise the lights (use rights, automatic night lights) by NC is simple and efficient.

That was the second try of getting a proper spotlight, and this time I struck gold. Not only is this extremely low-prim, it also casts light just the way I want it, using projectors and regular light. Setting it up is a bit cumbersome (notecard-fiddling) but for most cases, the defaults work quite good. At 49L$ definitely an extremely good choice.
