Stylish and would fit in with any build from large store to small home with some moderate skill level resizing.
ValForL$ ***** - I mean 30 bucks?! Fantastic!
Model ***** - Moderately easy to resize. You cannot reduce the default size as a linkset but you can edit the links individually if you need to. (Skill level rquired ***..).
Textures ***** - No texture files provided but totally fine out of the box for a neutral style. With moderate to high texturing skills you could retexture but pay attention to the original texture Scale&Offset! Especially for the stair meshes.
LoD ***** - Excellent at long distance.
* General note about JED items. Buy it! Break it! Learn from It! If you can't afford it put it in your MP wishlist and maybe some kind soul will gift it to you :)

PS: Those who say its bad because you cant modify it well. Get off your purple dildo and learn how to build, edit and manipulate prims and/or mesh. Makes your life easier and it does not give the creator unjustified bad reviews.
Really Nice Stairs
Very attractive and easy to modify. Maybe the person who left the bad review was just trying to cause a problem.
