Fish rez every few seconds and float about. Place the rezzer ball a meter or so above the bottom to get the best results.

The best 5L you'll ever spend on a fish emitter. The fish are pretty, realistic looking, and best of all, they appear in a well timed fashion and swim and behave as real fish might. Greatly improved the look of my underwater area!
