Feb 6th, 2023. Turkey’s devastating earthquake comes at a critical time for the country’s future. Life for millions across Turkey changed forever on Monday, as two consecutive earthquakes sent shock waves across hundreds of miles. Two earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 occurred in Kahramanmaraş. The earthquake caused great destruction in Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Diyarbakır, Adana, Osmaniye, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adiyaman, Malatya and Hatay.
