While wearing your M3 / Kemono head - attach or add the Avatar Contacts object - click it and select either to load both eyes, or left or right for a heterochromia effect if you have two different types.

Remember you can only wear one texture applier at a time - for heterochromia remove it, add or wear the other one, and select the opposite eye.
