These aren't perfect but they will do the job! If you're really picky like me and you notice the fingertips of the skin you're wearing looks less than great, this should help.

It is useful to take a screenshot of your hand and paste it into a color picker so you can get a close match. You may have to play around with the saturation and hue a bit!
