TRY [MESHBODY] Legacy (f) Perky + Petite Edition Version 1.7.1

I'm not going to wear it but it looked great I love legacy and switched from Maitreya only thing I hope is you make a small chest version that isn't perky because I'm not in real life I like to keep it realistic

I bought a Demo of this In-World (v1.4) but the Feet do not work ... i get an error message as follows:

"Try on! [FEET] Legacy (f) (Classic Fit) (1.4): Error 5501. Please report to customer support"

I contacted Customer Support about it but (to-date) have received no reply.

I decided that may be with this version (1.2) the Feet would work and ta-daa! v1.2 Feet work with my v1.4 Body.

So now i can get a much better overall idea of the appearance and try some shoes!

As stated in 'Title Line' the Skin is great, may be one of the best i have seen. I usually use a Maitreya Lara Body but found i needed to make just slight changes to my Shape in order to get a reasonable result.

The bad ...
The HUD is very limited, there is no way to change Skin Tone which, as far as i am concerned, would have been a MUCH better feature than being able to animate the hands. I mean .. come on!

Despite having, i think, eight options, none of them are able to perfectly match with my LeLutka Head. This is surprising since the Body is highly advertised in the LuLutka Store In-World.
This would maybe be less obvious if i could match the Body Skin tone with that of my Head.

Despite try ... for an hour or longer ... i could find NO WAY to enable BoM. I do not care what anyone else says nor what it states on the Website, this Body is NOT BoM compatible. A tattoo which has absolutely NO problem appearing on my BoM enabled Maitreya Lara Body, TOTALLY refused to show up on the Legacy. A little 'button' marked 'Enable Bakes on Mesh' would resolve this and the reason i think it is not present is because the Body does not support BoM.

A great effort let down by poor HUD options and out-dated, Applier based (Omega etc) Technology.

My favourite body atm, it looks fantastic whether the sliders for the breasts are at min or max. Only criticism is that the legs at max fat don't look that thicc but even then like?? its still hella good

I bought this body recently in-world, about a month or so ago, after they updated the perky with the petite add-on. It's so cute, the shape is everything I dreamt of. The only issue I am having is when I wear an alpha for the petite with BoM, the alpha just hides my BoM skin instead of the petite add-on, and shows a default skin instead of making that part invisible. It only happens with the petite add-on, not the perky body itself.

I bought this inworld and saved a couple bucks. Legacy is hands down the best adult mesh body out there and ive tried all of them. this mesh body allows you to lower you avatar size down to a realistic size without getting that "bubble butt" thing that all the other mesh bodies get when you lower your avatar size below 7 feet tall with hips 3 feet wide.
Like other reviews I do have to mention that there is about 5 mesh portions that show a little light through when you zoom in really close. I hope the creator will fix this in a future update ☺

Plusses:

1. The option to adjust the foot size, which Ruth RC3 body also has, is awesome. Makes it compatible with a lot of other shoes.

2. The foot angle options! So many choices for shoe types and great for modeling - I love it!

3. The detail in the hands and the joints are a solid 10. Most mesh body creators can't get the joints right, but Legacy did a wonderful job.

Info: These are very hippy bodies, so if you like that, good. If not, you can adjust them somewhat but there is definitely an emphasis there. It's a style thing, not objectively good or bad. The chest makes it one of only two bodies in SL that offer a more realistic chest, the other being Tonic Fine Beauty, which I own. The bits seem to be fairly detailed. After some help, I found the BoM feature so I could try this body out with my own skin.

Down sides (why I couldn't give it 5 stars):

1. BoM feature was VERY hard to find and no mention on the non-demo of there being BoM, so you have to really hunt it down. (Hint: turn on media from scripts and auto play, click on the middle HUD button). I would definitely make this easier to find. =) (Thank you to the person who reassured me this feature exists so I could update this review and give it another star!)

2. There were no advanced breast options I could find as far as the style of detail on the bust, as Maitreya and Tonic have. If you wore an applier bra, you would have pokies whether you wanted them or not. But maybe the full version has this.

3. The alpha slicer is a figurine you have to rotate, and like the wheels of justice, turns very slowly.

This could be the prefect body for someone, and I may end up buying it. It's close enough to my Tonic Fine that it could be good for situations where an outfit comes in Perky but not Fine. That's not to say Perky is inferior - it's not at all. I like that it opens up more doors for clothes and it has some really robust features. Definitely give it a try. =)
