With this Skybox you will have a modern, wide open living space that will impress your friends. Great textures with baked-in shadows and lighting make for an awesome visual experience, even with average graphic settings.

Special attention was paid in order to make the Skybox look good at any distance and with any possible graphic settings. Still, all this will only cost you 23 prims of your land, so there is plenty left to decorate the place.

While the upper level is perfectly suited for a bed or relaxed place to hang out, the lower level, lit by the sun as well as an orchestra of ceiling lights, is the perfect place to fully enjoy the active side of your second life.

Both levels are separated by a wall that holds a water feature. It's a water wall, where water flows down a marble wall and into a basin. There are two switches that will allow you to control the speed of the water, as well as the volume of its according sound. Two water versions (different water textures) are supplied, and you could easily add more.

The Skybox ships in three versions:
» with baked lighting and shadows;
» with baked lighting and shadows, full bright;
» and with ambient occlusion only.

Where 'baked lighting and shadows' will give you textures that simulate the light and its shadows, the 'ambient occlusion' version will only give you some slight shadows where objects meet. That said, the baked version will suit most people, where the AO version might be more appropriate for users with dynamic shadows activated in their viewer. The full bright option could be of use when baked shadows are desired, but you find the Skybox to be too dark.

Since this is a mesh Skybox, you can't modify it too easily. For example, it is not possible to move walls. In any case, building experience and some knowledge about mesh would be needed in order to achieve any useful results. However, all used textures ship with the Skybox - full perm. You are free to download them, alter them to your needs (add your logo, for example), re-upload and apply them. The same goes for the scripts, and the water sound - all are supplied full perm and you can go ahead and edit them in any way you want. Please just keep in mind to make a backup copy before you perform any changes.

Two more important notes: the door is not scripted, so it will not open. However, you can make it phantom or script it, if you want to. The window has no option to cover/close it. Both of these things might change with future versions of the Skybox, in case customers demand them. :)

That should wrap it up. Any questions? IM me!
And please leave a review after your purchase. Thanks!

hey buddy, i see you've come a long way! this turned out really great!

i checked out several mesh skyboxes (not too many around) and this really is one of the best, yet it's cheaper than most. and i love the waterfall! too bad the pictures can't do it justice. maybe you should add a video! people are usually too lazy to check out the demo... ;)

anyway, i'm amazed! keept it on and we really should talk soon. and maybe craft something together again :)
