Low lag building with many functions and yes... It looks better in "alive" than in pictures. Congratulations for the work and effort, the price is quite reasonable.

I like the texture and the design of the building itself. The creator was very nice and they provide great customer service so if u need help with anything just let the creator know and he will help u asap. This is a great product to have for any Sim rather u building a city or just looking for something to rent out like: apartments, offices and shops, this building has it all everything is all-in-one so yes it's worth it. By me being a CEO of a Real Estate Company I use this building for my business to rent out more spaces and for my office so I'm a very HAPPY CUSTOMER :))

I was looking for a town building with apartments, offices, and shops and has it all in this house. The apartments are just the right size for. The with great window space and plenty of room for vendors. I like this building! View of the building itself looks very realistic.Great textures, low prim, good price. Thank you!

Love this building. The variety of office space, apartments and store fronts is a nice touch. The layout is done properly for renting out space as well (with the exception of one)- there is a small hall space outside of the elevators to enable private areas.
Keep in mind a big section of the building is un-used on the side, but this still offers large office spaces, decent apartments and room at the very top which could be used for office or personal. The two store fronts on the bottom floor with street access are a nice touch.
Can't get much more for less than 100 prims.
