The footprint is 35 x 35 meters. Please make sure (BEFORE you purchase), that your land is really at least 35 x 35 meters because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.

Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

We are very happy with the skybox and the multiple scenes are endless! Even at it's regular price of 599 it is a bargain! at the 99 intro price it is a steal!! It comes furnished or you can have it unfurnished. Even when furnished you have plenty of room to add things. The roof is nice and you can change the weather and the seasons from summer to winter or from rain to snow. A very nicely put together item at a reasonable price!
Very Good
I like this loft due to the color changing waterfalls, plus the seasonal roof. The loft is very dark, though and I had to add lights. The builders seem to prefer dark colors, or black which I do not like. I also think it should have had a patio downstairs which the seasonal and weather features. There are only maybe 2 lofts that have the weather feature downstairs, as well as upstairs and I think all models should have this feature since I stay mostly downstairs. Plus..why would it be snowing on the roof but not on the main window?
