So, what is so special about this snow machine?
It is the snowmachine with the MOST REALISTIC Snow Feeling (plus additional weather effects), for more than 10 years, still featuring the most styles: a total of 15 snow settings (5 densities a 3 styles), almost each of them individually adjusted with their own custom-made textures, to achieve a very realistic look and feeling for each setting. I have put hours and hours in testing and adjusting each one to my best under different landscapings, day&night-times as also several computer graphic settings. You should be able to find your favourite snow ;)
Now you could take a look at the photos presented here, but they don't show even close the true beauty of those effects.
Version 2 is a major improvement over Version 1, based on the feedback of hundres of customers. Everything you have asked for or had problems with, came together to make this new version better, faster, easier, just more! The handling was improved to be as simple as possible. It got much easier to use it on huge areas. And best of all: The weather effects are many more and much better then ever before! You will love it or I guarantee your money back!
WEATHER EFFECTS
Weather Effects are not instantly, but smooth transitted, much like real life weather. A change will be seen occur within 10-60 seconds, after a new setting was made.
* 5 Snow Densities:
- No Snow
- "Wish it would snow", like the first snow in winter
- Light Snowfall
- Medium Snowfall
- Heavy Snowfall
- "OMG! It's a Blizzard", you don't want be outside with that weather
* 3 Snowflake Style:
- Crystal Snowflakes, gives that mystical snow feeling
- Fluffy Snowflakes, nice fat fluffy snowflakes
- Classic Snowflakes, the snowflakes known from version 1, but better
* 3 Fog Densities:
- Mist, very light fog
- Fog
- Pea Soup, it will almost make you not see your hand!
* 3 Fog Heights:
- No Fog
- Ground, some fog hovers lightly over the ground
- Waist, from the ground to somewhere between your waist and neck
- Tall, wide above your head
* Clouds:
- No Clouds
- Clouds, sky will be covered with some clouds. Their amount depends on how many of the other effects are active too - to avoid lag, less are drawn if everything is active for huge areas.
* Stop All
Easy to stop all effects at once per one touch, without need to scroll through the settings to find the "No Snow", "No Fog" etc.
OPTIONS
* Area to cover. The Following settings are available:
- "This Parcel", is the default setting. It will cover only the actual parcel and any other with 100% identical details and settings.
- "Same Owner": It will cover every parcel on the sim, that belongs to the same owner or was deeded to the same group.
- "Sim-wide": Just one button and it will cover as much area on the whole sim as possible, on same-owner land as also foreign land and where land is not restricted.
- "Specify Size": Select indivudally the area you want cover. There are 12 settings from 512 to 65536sqm available.
* Access
At default the machine can be operated only from it's owner. But you can choice to set the group or everyone to be able to change or stop weather effects.
ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
* Automatic Terrain Height Adjustment
The machine will automatically adjust the snow to the individual heights of your lands terrain, if used on ground or will just cover equally if used on skyboxes. No further action is required from you, this is a fully automated in-build feature.
* Individual Effect Source Adjustment
- Remove snow falls in buildings?
- You want it to snow over buildings instead or not at all there?
- Stop it going over the parcel borders?
- Cover areas you would like with no snow?
- You prefer to cover some other area instead additionally?

Best snow creator on the market!
I bought this weather machine years ago and while I was browsing through Christmas items today I saw it and thought I should write a review. I've tried about five or six weather machines and none compare to this! It is very easy to use, I love the fact that you can edit it so that snow does not fall in your home (this is a bit of a daunting task to do, but if you don't want snow in your house, you will be happy once you get it done) and that there is a WEARABLE version! I have a homestead and manage a breedable market where I use this machine for sim-wide snow and it is amazing! You will not be disappointed in this product and it is WELL worth the lindens!

I'm sure the machine is awesome, as so many say, and I'm not going to slate it, as It might be me being stupid, but I can't get it to work, any help would be a bonus as I'm pretty sure I followed what to do to get it going. Please help before it's Spring! Thanks

Awsum Snow on a Full Sim
When I got the Snow Weather Machine I used it on my Sim and had a few problems with no fault of the Creator...just some things I didn't set up right...I sent Jam a message and in a few minutes he was at my Sim fixing the problems that I created. :) Customer Service was excellent...and the Snow Weather Machine is doing what I was expecting...Can't go wrong if you want some nice snow not only on a Sim but any size of parcel also....

Nicht nur das Produkt funktioniert nicht bei mir so wie es sollte, sondern auch der Service vom Ersteller funktioniert nicht. Obwohl er mir sagte er würde sich am 17.11. bei mir melden, hat er es bis heute noch nicht getan...
Mein erstes und letztes Produkt dass ich von ihm kaufe!!!

This is indeed THE best snow machine I've tried so far and most likely THE best snow machine in SL today. Set correctly (to my taste at least) it is truly realistic. However should you fancy a more cartoonish/romantic snow it can deliver that as well. And the best thing is that even on full throttle, like "omfg dense blizzard", I'm not even lagging!! 5 stars with no hesitation!
However I do got a few suggestions. These are suggestions only and is not affecting my rating nor should they scare anyone off from buying this little winter wonder. But I would like to see a slightly more white fog in the next upgrade. Also I tend to use quit tall buildings so perhaps a little more distance between the emitters and where the snow dissapears would be nice.
And last I would really like if ´there was a "finish" button for when you are ajusting the emitters rather than them turning invisible after a while. I had to wait for the emitters to show up several times during my ajustments and it was a little stressful to rush around trying to do as many as possible before they where gone.
