The footprint is 35 x 35 meters. Please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 35 x 35 meters and has enough prims for this skybox, because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.

The building itself has exactly 64 Prims + 2 Prims for the Teleporter to enter and leave the Skybox - and 313 Prims fully furnished.
► PERMISSIONS: Copy and Modify / No Transfer
Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

Second Review
I was a bit harsh upon my first review, not considering the fact that the price well makes up for anything I found unsatisfactory and not considering that my frustration had biased my first review. I now seem banned from the A.T. main store in-world, but just to give a good send-off and show no hard feelings, I'd like to revise my review.
This is the second loft sky box I purchased from A.T. and like the first, I found it to be amazingly designed with breath-taking changeable views. The furniture, placement, interior design were all done just beautifully.
I had a few qualms originally, but in thinking about it, they are miniscule for the value you get for the price of this sky box AND they can be remedied with some time and patience.
As the entire build is intended for a standalone sky box, not much is done to the outside of the build, which didn't work for me, personally. (The skybox cover didn't satisfy my needs either but I appreciate the consideration from the builder.) All in all, the build doesn't deserve a lesser rating just because of that! My problem is just that I loved the interior of this build SO much that I wanted it placed upon my land versus buying something intended for that.
Luckily, there's a fix: If you're like me in that aspect and prefer to place down one of A.T.'s skyboxes rather than purchase a home-build, mod permissions allow you to pretty much do what you want to the entire build. It took me a while, but eventually I even figured out that I could re-texture the outsides and even create copies of every piece to create an extension!
In the beginning I was frustrated; now I realize that if I was patient, I could've done more than I knew with it.. and it's all possible because A.T. gives mod permissions.
If you have land, don't be discouraged that it's a skybox. You can do skk much with any skybox thanks to mod perms and I encourage you to still consider purchasing them. With time and patience, it can be your dream home.
A supreme loft indeed
You have an open floorplan loft, with different windows and views put together well. The bedroom corner feels private with a beautiful waterfall effect window. Then you have the rooftop, with a pool and a large open sky/city view. Finally you have the outdoors cabin dome level on top, beneath the skies. You get a lot of living space from the footprint and low prims unfurnished, with a whole different feel to each floor. Maybe the best loft yet from the best loft creator in SL. It's not just a home, it's an experience!
