This Lovely Cottage has a 22x18 foot print. Perfect for small parcels! The prim count is 72 prims but features, real windows not texture windows, a sculpted crackling fire and simple elegant touches throughout the home. The front porch has gingerbread moldings and fret work as well as a Porch swing scripted with tasteful setting animations. I have left the entire thing mod/copy for your convenience. When you rez the house make sure to do it in Build mod so that the unlinked parts will stay in their correct positions. This will be the front door frame and the swing. The textures are all high quality and in a shabby chic motif. With colors of Soft blue, crackled white paint and panted brick as well as multi color window panes to let the light in. The fire has a touch on and off lighting, simply touch the fire to extinguish and touch the match box to relight. The porch swing can be sat on without swinging also just touch it when you ready to for a gentle back and forth motion. The chimney has a particle smoke.
