Tiny Grey Cape Cod Home

This 2 story Cape Cod home features a small footprint of 12x12m, the house itself is 9x8m. It has locking doors. It light grey siding with darker grey shutters. The main floor is done with ivory wallpaper over a wood base. The second floor is done in the same wallpaper but in a lavender.

I have put some of my furniture in so you can see just how big this place is. The furniture is not sold with the house, but to be used as a tool for you to gauge the size better for yourself. I had enough room to put in a dining table & highchair, a general seating area of 4 chairs, sofa, & coffee table, 2 chairs in front of the fireplace, & tucked in my desk & chair under the stairs on the main floor. You have plenty of room for dancing if you have friends over..or if it is just you and your date/other half. On the second floor, I have a double bed & 2 nightstands directly across from the top of the stairs, a nursery set up in the corner diagonally from the double bed, & put in a simple seating area of 2 chairs, sofa, & coffee table in the corner between the two. There is still tons of room in the middle. Both the balcony & porch have plenty of room for outdoor furniture to be put in.
