pretty simple it turns on the Light in edit>Features u can color the light however u like it, just drop and go!

it turns the feature light off and on, but it doesn't retain any changes you make to the radius, intensity, etc.. and yeah, it's not modifiable even though it says here it is. tsk tsk.
