Living the EV Dream!
Great car, great features! My only wish is that the HUD provided a little more visual feedback as to what state it was in (buttons being pressed in, text feedback, whatever), as its a little hard to know if SL missed a click or whatever right now.
Otherwise, great car, and great sim of the EV experience!
Best electric car in SL period
As per usual from a GEMC scripted car it handling is as smooth as butter. The cornering dynamics are unmatched by most cars and you can actually keep it straight on a straight line.
This car is also very pleasing to the eyes the textures are are well made so is the model itself. Not that it doesn't have any (bottled water, cup, sun glasses), but the car could have used some more doodads like a skying rack and maybe some stuff inside the trunk. However, the car can be modded for you to add all this yourself.
Overall it is in my opinion the best electric car in SL right now, and one of the best cars too.
Every driver needs this car
A friend turned me on to this car, It is the first all electric car I have driven. I have never driven anything like this before. Once I customized it to my liking, it was the smoothest ride I have ever had. So easy to drive in mouselook. The tablet with SL maps is fully functional. Customization options galore.
As a member of Drivers of SL, I cannot wait to show this car off and use it on the next grid drive.
Say What!? A Tesla?
The car is chugged-full of great features. Parking assist being the best. Works great with the GTFO feature, too. Now, if i could figure the steering issue, I'd junk the some of my cars. Great product and Lyte Rae, you're alright :)
Shockingly good!
Bad pun, I know. I am not one to follow the sheep to the new thing. But everyone was talking about how awesome this new Volta EV-C was. At 20 LI and with the fact that it was fully modifiable, I was already pretty impressed. Then I drove it. As with most cars, it took some getting used to, but once I did, WOW! I especially like the speed limiter. On Linden Roads, SPEED KILLS I have a habit of being a lead foot, and dead foot. I highly recommend this car for those that love the roads.
SL more clean with VOLTA EV-C
More green clean power is always welcome, ty VOLTA, a must for everyone who loves cars in SL
