Concept is fine, charges are not!
50% commission from an employee is not good. I have seen offers from employers a maximum of 3L for 15 minutes of work. that is 12 L is earning for working for one hour. Out of which 6 Lindens are taken by creators. If I play 1 Hour in any other game I can earn 10 to 12 L very easily or even more some times.
I would like to suggest creators reduce the commission. If they cannot do that then split 25% from the employee and 25% from the employer.
