This is just a very basic mini-skirt, simple as that. It has 3 pearl button closures at the back but is otherwise utterly unremarkable except in its versatility.
This item is NOT MESH, just a crotch prim.

Should be mesh...
I think this skirt should be mesh because depending on what your shape looks like you have to edit the two different prims that are on the back and front... so yea it should be mesh
