Possibly the easiest teleporter in Second Life.
To set up the system to teleport you between two destinations, rez a copy of the teleporter at each place. As soon as you have done that, anyone can teleport between the two destinations by simply left-clicking the teleporters.
You can even set up multiple pairs of teleporters without having to do any manual configuration. Rez two teleporters and they will pair up like described above. Rez another two teleporters, and they will pair up without interfering with the first pair. You can rez as many pairs of teleporters as you like.
The teleporters work between any two positions in the same sim, all the way up to 4096m. Like almost all teleporters in Second Life, they cannot move across sim boundaries or across parcel boundaries that forbid object entry.
The prim of the teleporter has modify permissions, allowing you to change its looks as you please. The script itself is for obvious reasons no-modify.
A fully functional demo version is available. The only restriction is that it automatically deletes itself after five minutes.

Cheap and super simple to use!
Works exactly as advertised. It really cannot be easier than this. I just rezzed two teleporters and with one click people can teleport! None of the usual "first left-click to get a beam, then right-click and choose teleport from the menu" nonsense. Thank you :-)
