AMAZING house for the value!

Looked and looked for the perfect house with plenty of windows to see the surrounding water. This house is amazing! Excellent quality, the most amazing wrap-around porch, spacious, doors everywhere so you're not confined to going to one opening, the windows open/shut, AND THE STAIRS MAKE THUMPING SOUNDS WHEN YOU GO UP AND DOWN! No detail left undone....I wish I had lots of parcels so I could buy different houses from this builder and decorate away! I had a hard time choosing between this house and all of the other models. I highly recommend going to see them inworld- I spent lots of time exploring and finding this model that fit my needs. You can't go wrong for the price.

I absolutely LOVE this home! From it's LARGE porch to the spacious living areas, nothing short of good quality coastal living! This place can be used for beachside or anywhere else. Love how you can really see so much of the area around you.

Love this...the porch is fantastic...the old country feel of it...Can't wait.I hope there is a snow kit made for this.
