on a 89 prim build it raised my prim total to 289 for 2 small balconies
Good detail, poor land impact
The rails range from 11 land impact all the way to 54 for the larger rails. These values should have been stated in description. They are pretty much useless for builders of Low prim items when the land impact of the railings alone are more than the build itself. Nothing like wasting linden on a product with a poor description.
