The Seadryke is the second installment of dream creature avatars from . Created almost entirely from sculpted prims, this avatar doesn't have the lag weight of most other highly detailed animal avatars. With only 180 prims, it crosses sims easily and effortlessly.
There is a full AO with 14 animations made specifically and exclusively for the Seadryke, including flying animations, jumping, falling, crouching, sitting, and crouch-walking.
A HUD houses 15 additional actions and animations:
Breath - allows the Seadryke to blow bubbles from its mouth
Ink - the Seadryke will shoot a burst of ink from its mouth
Flap - spooks the Seadryke, causing it to flap its arms vigorously
Call - the Seadryke will emit a cry
Slam - the Seadryke will ascend shortly, then slam the ground with its hands
Flip - allows the seadryke to backflip
Yes - shakes head "yes"
No - shakes head "no"
Spin - the Seadryke spins in place
sit - the Seadryke sits, waggling its tail slowly
bow - the Seadryke bows respectfully
lay - lets it rest on its side
dead - the Seadryke will play dead
dance - a simple happy dance
ink burst - the Seadryke will emit a short burst of ink, hiding its form, and then disappear (the animation will put it underground. You will be able to move while underground)
The avatar is in constant motion unless in certain static animations. An ambient deep sea bubble sound accompanies constant bubble particle effects.
Care has been taken to pay attention to fine details. You will not find another avatar so original, so full of features, and so beautifully rendered! And with Copy/Mod permissions, you can add anything else you want to : D

Still great even by today's standards
I was on the fence about buying this, considering its age, but this is still well worth the price. The motions are very fluid and captivating (it's fun to just swim or fly around and watch it move). There isn't anything clunky about this; it's every bit as graceful as it should be. The AO and hud are both great, too. I love finding a random beach and plopping down on the shore!
There are a couple of small things that bother me. First, when the wings flap downward, they come just a bit too close together and overlap slightly. It isn't a big deal at all, as it still looks fantastic, but I wish the wings were kept just a bit further apart on the downstroke.
The second is that, while this avatar is gorgeous, it is somewhat showing its age due to the somewhat blurry textures. The head in particular looks particularly dated; there isn't much movement at all, which makes it obvious that it has lower quality textures and uses sculpts. A little more movement on the head/neck would have gone a long way to distracting from this. That being said, since the wings and tail are constantly moving (and are much bigger), this helps cover up the head's appearance.
Despite the above, I still wholeheartedly recommend this. Yes, it looks older, but the sheer elegance and uniqueness more than covers up its age. I'll be using this avatar for a long time to come. Hopefully the creator makes a mesh version in the future--if they were able to do this much with just sculpts, I can't imagine how beautiful it'll look with newer technology
This avi looks great and its movements are even better. I love the dragon avis but normally their look good but their movements are a little stiff, this one doesn't and its flexy textures looks great and gives him a natural movement. To see him fly arround its just wonderfull and no pics gives him justice
