I have since 26 Oct 2019 a Problem with a Bug and send tickets but no reaction and today its the 06.November 2019.
Once a loyal customer. Now, not so much
I have been using this system for some time now and up until lately, I have been happy with it despite lost transactions and downtime during their upgrades.
Everything works well, is somewhat easy to set up once you get past the feeling of being overwhelmed by everything included in the fat pack, and has a nice web interface for managing your store.
Unfortunately, my happiness has run out after contacting them for support about something I could not figure out on my own. I see a lot of reviews claiming how good the customer support is. If they had a good experience, great. I however did not.
I was told that I was a VIP customer and that I should receive a response to my ticket within 24hrs. It was comprised of 2 questions. "How can I do this myself?" and "If I can't, will you do it for the 15,000L$/hr fee you charge to do custom work."
The first response to my ticket came 6 days later and was nothing more than a copy and paste response telling me I should add it to their list of suggestions.
I responded with a detailed explanation of what I was looking for, why I did not think it should be a difficult task, expressed my frustration with the canned response I received, and stated that I will likely have to seek alternatives if I cannot get it done.
The next correspondence advised me that they were all on holiday, mind you, this is now the Thursday after Easter and still neither of the questions I asked had been addressed.
I responded again, pointing out that after a 2nd response, my questions had still not been addressed and that I thought the support thus far was 'stellar'.
Today, 2 and a half weeks after the ticket was filed, my ticket was closed on the basis that they do not respond to 'rudeness'. So much for VIP and Priority.
For anyone that wishes to see the ticket in it's entirety, I am happy to provide screenshots.
Likewise, if Casper wants to try and resolve this issue, I will revise my review.
CASPERvend and Me
Being a newbie, perhaps i should have known better than to go for the biggest and the best, but i did. there are features in this fatpack i've yet to figure out....but we're giving the gachas a go and working on clothing vendors now. When you, the customer do everything right (yeah, read the wiki)...i imagine it all works like a dream. i'm still working on it, but it's been challenging and hope to soon be rewarding as well. Not the simplest system but when i get to be a big seller, i know i'll be glad i went for this networked system.
Wonderful System
Great system, so many features, and easy to follow along to set it up. Great support group if you ever have problems, the other users are just as helpful as the admins! If there is a problem that can't be fixed with help from the group, Casper is quick to fix it.
